Carrier
Packages will arrive to your door via UPS / Fedex etc. We have several warehouses in US. Your items will be shipped from the nearest local warehouse that stocks the item you ordered. We work closely with logistics providers to improve the highest quality delivery service.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@whon.ai as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
